sagaConsidering the strong customer demand, Saga took the strategic decision of making its first new luxury boutique cruise all-inclusive in January 2020 and her sister ship Spirit of Adventure will also get inclusive after it joins the fleet in August 2020.

Now the guests will be able to enjoy all house spirits, wine, beer according to Saga’s comprehensive cruise package.

The deal has gratuities, UK travel service and Wi-Fi onboard. In order to position Saga as a niche luxury cruise operator the chief operating officer Nigel Blanks said that they went all-inclusive in 2020. He further mentioned that the Spirit of Discovery and Spirit of adventure are the only boutique small ships made keeping the British market in mind.

He said that their decision to become all-inclusive cruising will not complement their Boutique Cruising proposition but also distance them from the competition by giving more exclusive options and value for money experience.

Spirit of Discovery will be Saga’s first purpose-built cruise ship Spirit of Discovery which will replace Saga Pearl II in July 2019 and the second ship, Spirit of Adventure will be entering services in August 2002 and replace Saga Sapphire.

The ships will be hosting 999 guests and more than 530 crew members.
