New South Wales residents to receive tourism vouchers

Residents in NSW will soon be given $50 vouchers to holiday at home as part of a major tourism package expected to be revealed by the state government.

The ‘Stay and Rediscover’ vouchers will offer holidaymakers $50 off accommodation at hotels caravan parks and camping grounds.

The incentive will work like the Dine and Discover scheme – replacing the $100 vouchers for CBD stays.
It’s part of a $500 million recovery package for the state’s tourism industry.

Premier Dominic Perrottet says the boost will help more than 300,000 workers get back on their feet.
