New tourism policy of Assam to inspire investment in green tourism

The new tourism policy of Assam will inspire investment in sustainable tourism undertakings in Assam.

With the intention of boosting investment in green tourism, the Assam government will deliver profitable incentives to projects which do not impede the natural environment of Assam.

The policy document assures providing support for the purpose of buying equipment or technology that lessens waste, boosts green energy adoption as well as water preservation and effectiveness.
