Odisha Tourism Minister all set to develop tourism and hospitality infrastructure

Today, Jyoti Prakash Panigrahi, Odisha Tourism Minister, has explained that the state government would create new tourism and hospitality infrastructure along with training and skill development of the members of local communities.


While talking at the workshop, he said, “Contemporary tourism scenario – strategies for revival into the world of Next to Normal for the State of Odisha” at Eco- Retreat, Konark, the minister said that it is crucial for all to jointly reaffirm our commitment towards preservation, power and promote all tourism and hospitality related features and make the sectors socially as well as economically sustainable.


He mentioned that tourism has become a sector with high priority as the state government has enhanced allocated funds for budget this year. It would be used to develop destinations like Chandrabhaga Beach, Puri, Talasari Beach, Ekamra Kshetra, Maa Samaleswari and other significant places in Odisha.
