Okinawa promoted as an outbound wedding destination to Indians

JNTO organised a familiarization (FAM) trip to Okinawa ( Southern Islands of Japan) to promote Japan as a Honeymoon and Wedding destination to the Outbound wedding market from 19-25^th January.

The participants surveyed the top key factors to sense the potential and scope of capacity and necessary supplies in order to host large celebrations of Indian weddings in Okinawa, Japan.

The extra edge is flight connectivity between India to Okinawa via Hong Kong . From all Metropolitan cities of the country the wedding guests from India can depart and arrive at the final destination ‘Okianwa’ all together on the same day via Hong Kong.

Celebration mood could be immediately set-in be it the mehndi or cocktail evening post arrival in the afternoon.

The luxury beach resorts ideal for Indian weddings was visited by the participants and toured ANA InterContinnetal Manza Beach Resort, Hyatt Regency Seragaki Island, the Ritz-Carlton, Okinawa, Okinawa, Kariyushi Beach Resort Ocaen Spa  and many others.

One of the wedding experts said that the rooms were spacious with great sea view with many choices of indoor restaurants, garden and banquet areas.

There are other  unique indoor and outdoor activities like SPA, whale watching coral ref cleaning tours, watersports and glass boat ride.
