One-day conference on eco-adventure tourism for sustainable rural livelihood was held at Dziiduri

A one-day conference on eco-adventure tourism for sustainable rural livelihood was held at Paomata Center, DRDA Hall on Saturday with L PHE minister L Dikhopresent as the special guest and Senapati divisional forest officer D John Sha as the resource person.

The event was organized by Hills Eco- Adventure Tourism – Manipur (HEAT-M) in association with Khumai (Tunggam) Youth & Students’ Organisation (KYSO) with support fromKhumai (Tunggam) Union.

In his address, PresidentTraoleRaisaid that HEAT-M organized the event to assess the unexplored hills of Manipur viavarious eco-adventure activities and events.HEAT-M aims to promote, protect and preserve the God gifted natural tourism avenues in the region.

The Khumai (Tunggam) Dziiduri is known to bea great tourist attraction of the region.The KhumaiDziiduri is famous for its natural formation of two long stretches of rocky cliff layers.A beautiful lake built on the top of the mountain makes Dziiduriespecially beautiful.
