The 14th annual Palm Beach Food & Wine Festival will bring a world of flavour to Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach, welcoming an all-star line up of chefs to the festival’s official home, where culinary magic will be created through a bevy of experiences from intimate dinners to grand tastings.
A warm wintertime destination for foodies, Four Seasons will kick-off its celebration of epicurean talent on Friday, December 10, 2021 at Florie’s. Here at the only restaurant in the US in partnership with Mauro Colagreco, the chef behind the #1 World’s Best Restaurant, Chef Mauro’s protege and Florie’s Chef de Cuisine Nino La Spina will deliver the spirit of the Mediterranean through live-fire cooking and earth-conscious offerings from the grand open kitchen. Along with winemaker Paul Hobbs, the duo presents a decadent five-course dinner with wine pairings selected from the Paul Hobbs Wines portfolio.
On the morning of Saturday, December 11, 2021, budding young chefs will roll up their sleeves for an annual favourite, Kids Kitchens with Food Network stars Robert Irvine and Marc Murphy.
Then, as golden hour approaches and the sun sets over the Resort’s oceanfront pool terrace, the best of today’s favourite television food shows, magazines and cookbooks will take centre stage to experience South Florida’s winter months as they should be – outdoors, eating and mingling among friends. Guest chefs include Katie Button, Sarah Grueneberg, Brad Kilgore, Mike Lata, Beau MacMillan, Brandon McGlamery, Charles Phan with host chef Four Seasons Resort Palm Beach Executive Chef Jose Gamez.
Awaiting eventgoers will be Florie’s Bar, where lead mixologist Matthew Dress dreams up inspired and unique garden-to-glass botanical driven cocktails from the bar’s Botanical Guide.
