The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts introduce global video creation contest

Pavilions Hotels & Resorts recently launched an engaging competition for content creators around the world. All content creators including videographers, vloggers and film-makers who are at home due to the COVID-19 crisis and looking out for an activity to hone their passions are welcomed to take part in the content.

Titled as the ‘Curated Journey Video Competition’, the contest provides an opportunity for amateur or professional film-makers to win a 7-night stay at one of The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts.

The initiative has been undertaken at a time when people across the globe are stuck at their residences due to national lockdowns and travel restrictions and are on a lookout for work-from-home projects. The company aims to inspire creativity and imagination through the competition.

Contestants will be provided with exclusive access to The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts video and content bank which features footage of all the hotels, locations, and experiences. Participants can also use their own content from the regions where hotels are located.

Tim Sargeant, Group Director of Marketing, The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts said in a press statement that the company is excited to launch a competition that opens the door to new ideas, creativity, and passion. He mentioned that the company’s updated brand identity highlights the guest’s journey and experience. He shared that the company wishes to expand the idea with people around the world and watch their journeys come alive through the contest.

The competition that began yesterday would continue until May 10. Top 5 videos would be shortlisted for a public vote that will take place from May 12-22, this year. The winner will be announced on May 29. The accommodation gift w8ill also includes complimentary breakfast at one of Pavilions Hotels & Resorts located in, Phuket, Bali, Rome, Madrid or Amsterdam.
