Phan Ing Pai joins Onyx as vice president

Phan Ing Pai joins Onyx Hospitality Group  as vice president, operations, for Greater China.

He will be based in China and will report to Gina Wo, the head of Greater China for the hospitality group.

Phan will be heading the operations in parts of greater China region and support the operational properties making sure that they are in sync with the group’s established standards.

He will also be providing commercial support to property teams and work closely with the sales and marketing team to garner optimum hotel performance and profit.

The group wants to enhance its capabilities as the fastest growing geographical regions with this appointment and Greater China as a key market for Onyx’s global development strategy.
