Is it possible to capture the majesty and splendour of the Serengeti’s endless plains and renowned wildlife reserves in a single image? Through original photography, Canadian artist Nicolas Ruel does just that, telling the story of his transformational Envoy by Four Seasons journey to Savannah’s sanctuary, Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti. Using a unique in-camera double-exposure method, the Montreal-based photographer merges distinct subjects to create unique perspectives. Watch here as Ruel uncovers the power of storytelling through his art, truly connecting to the people, experiences and natural wonders of the Serengeti.
