Plane crashes at Miami airport with 100 passengers

A flight crashed at Miami airport after a gear failure. It was arriving from the Dominican Republic carrying 100 people including crew members. The flight caught fire after hitting the land. A significant amount of smoke released.

Dramatic footage has been released showing the flight catching fire and crew members moving towards it. The gear of the flight collapsed and it hit a communication tower near the airport. After which the flight turned and moved towards the runway. Soon smoke and fire filled the airport.

The flight was carrying 126 passengers along with 11 crew members. Terrifying images and videos of panicked passengers have been shared on Twitter and Instagram. US-based journalist Moshe Schwartz has reported a detailed account of the incident on Twitter.

One video shared on Twitter shows panicked passengers hastily moving out of the flight. The video also shows a man grabbing a big suitcase with him as he exits the flight.

No casualties have been noticed. Only four people with minor injuries have been identified. The issue of gear has been reported quickly; as a result, the evacuation process happened quickly.  The airport staff immediately jumped on the spot and controlled the fire with foam.
