PWGS Trade Fair 2023 showcases Penang’s Jewellery Industry and Cultural Heritage

The Province Wellesley Gold & Silver Ornament Merchants Association (PWGS) is pleased to announce the PWGS Trade Fair 2023 which is set to take place from 9 -11 June 2023, at the Setia SPICE Convention Centre.

The event promises to be a spectacular showcase of Penang’s gold and jewelry industry and its unique culture, traditions, and craftsmanship.

The PWGS Trade Fair 2023 will feature 100 exhibitors and is expected to draw 10,000 visitors from across Malaysia. This event is a great opportunity for the local gold and jewelry industry to promote togetherness and showcase their strength on the world stage.

In addition to boosting the local economy, the PWGS Trade Fair 2023 will help to attract more visitors to Penang, promoting the state as a hub for creative industries. The trade fair will also provide a platform for International promotion and publicity of local designers, who have long been overdue for recognition.
The Hon. Yeoh Soon Hin Penang added that this trade fair will provide an opportunity for them to showcase Penang as a hub for creative industries.
