From 1 November this year, Qatar Airways will functioneveryday flights to Ras AlKhaimah International Airport. This signifies an important improvement forRas Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority’s (RAKTDA) policy to increase global linkingwith the Emirate.
This was declared at the Arab Aviation Summit (AAS), which happened at Al Hamra International Exhibition & Conference Center.The move will reinforcenon-stopworld-wide travel to Ras Al Khaimah. The regular flights will presentbetter choice, flexibility and prospects for travelers who are considering exploring the nature Emirate, making use of Qatar Airways’ extensiveworld-widelink of more than 150 destinations covering Europe, Africa, South Asia, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, South America and North America.
The Chairman of the Department of Civil Aviation, Ras Al Khaimah and Ras Al Khaimah International Airport, His Excellency Engr. Sheikh Salem Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, stated that Ras Al Khaimah is going on establishing itself as a foremost aviation center, motivated by the achievement of an inspirational tourism plan that is increasing from strength to strength. He said that their latest association with Qatar Airways is geared up to provideimportantdevelopment against this roadmap, while reinforcing their functioning footprint. He said that they areenthusiastic to discover a long and productiveassociation together.
