Aarhus Congress Center, Aarhus’ largest and most flexible meeting and event location, often called “Opportunity House” was relaunched last week with a fantastic show, which featured options, flexibility and the magic of the fantastic convention center located at the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel in Aarhus , Denmark.
More than 130 customers, guests and new partners were present to launch the event, where Aarhus team took the guest on a look into the future arrangements for Aarhus Congress Center. Re-launch of the congress center reveals a new name to this famous place in the heart of the city, a new branding and an exciting new website developed for both planners and visitors, making it easier to host and experience memorable events in Aarhus Congress Center.
“When we invited to a relaunch of our convention center, we wanted to show event planners how they can ‘host their dreams event in the Opportunity House’ and create memorable events in Jyllands most central meeting and event place,” says Helene Hallre General Manager Aarhus Congress Center and the Radisson Blu Scandinavia Hotel, Aarhus.
The event was designed with business partners; Technology and Digital provided by ProShop Europe, Décor and Design of Rodkjær Event and a spectacular show of Pivot.
“We wanted to show our guests the best of the best and create an evening where they could experience the full spectrum of possibilities, we can create together in Aarhus Congress Center,” says Helene Hallre.
Another interesting revelation of the evening was the launch of the congress center’s brand new website, made with both planners and guests in mind. The website is designed to make it easier for an event planning to visualize and plan an event, full of pictures, capacity diagrams and service descriptions of Aarhus Congress Center. Also presented is a separate site for guests and visitors, where they can find all relevant information about events in Aarhus Congress Center.
“We have developed a website with a separate function to serve both planners and visitors at future events. The launch of the website and the event received great feedback from our guests and it was great to see how creativity and dreams began to sprout from launch evening, “says Helene Hallre.
