RAR Hospitality renovates Quality Inns and Suites Garden of Gods

The Quality Inns and Suites Garden of Gods located in Colorado Springs recently completed the renovation of its property. The hotel has 124 guest rooms and bathrooms, all of which have been newly remodeled and renovated. The property has also used new paint, furniture and fixtures. The renovation was made as a part of the company’s efforts to provide guests with a more comfortable and welcoming experience.

San Diego-based RAR Hospitality has been managing the branded hotel since 2016. The group was also responsible for the renovation of the property and was joined by Chicago-based hotel management company, Hostmark Hospitality Group in February 2020 to manage complete renovation process of the Quality Inn & Suites Garden of the Gods.

Hostmark Hospitality Group also assumed RAR’s hotel collection around the same time as a part of the former’s West Coast expansion. Hostmark Hospitality Group acquired RAR Hospitality’s branded and independent hotels, expanding the hotel management group’s portfolio to 40 hotels and a total of 5,000 rooms nationwide. The complete renovation process was completed in May 2020.

As a part of the latest renovation, all guest rooms have been updated with a fresh, new look including premium pillow top mattresses, high-definition televisions, and device recharge capabilities. Quality Inn & Suites Garden of the Gods now stands as an affordable, enjoyable and great accommodation option for business travel, a weekend getaway or a vacation. Vikram Sood, Senior Vice President, Hostmark Hospitality Group said in a statement that the upgraded guest rooms will further enhance the experience of guests’ on the property.

Situated adjacent to Colorado Technical University in close proximity to some of attraction like the Garden of the Gods Park with iconic red-sandstone formations and mountain views, the hotel also provided quick and convenient access to Interstate 25 for short drives to the United States Olympic Training Center, Old Colorado City, Seven Falls or any of the city’s numerous attractions, entertainment venues and outdoor activities.
