For those looking for a special retreat to spend some quality time with a special someone, the hotel invites guests to relax, rejuvenate and savor time together all month long with ESPA’s unique packages this Valentine’s Day. As the ultimate romantic gesture, the spa is spreading the love by offering a gift from ESPA retail products along with roses and chocolates when guest book any treatment (60 minutes or more) for two on the same day throughout February.

Ringing in the celebrations of Valentine’s Day, guests can savour enticing culinary experiences across the hotel’s full range of dining offerings, coupled with highly personalized service to make this occasion an unforgettable experience.

The Valentine Floral Afternoon Tea at Alba, the hotel’s elegant lobby lounge, invites guests to treat loved ones to a delicate yet flavorful afternoon tea experience, featuring rose cream choux, poppy flower and raspberry tart, red velvet cupcakes, cherry squares, berry macaroons and cranberry scones, and Alba’s special Valentine “Berries and Cherry” cupcake. Served from 2 p.m. until 5 p.m. on February 14th, the afternoon tea package is available at AED 160 per stand.

The hotel’s signature restaurants have also prepared succulent menus in romantic settings, making the perfect ingredients for a truly unforgettable Valentine’s escape.

The hotel’s award-winning steakhouse, The Forge, invites guests to savour sublime indulgences of a four-course menu, featuring exquisite Sturia caviar, tuna with smoky raspberry-habanero sauce, refreshing orange-raspberry granita, striploin and lobster, and a Cupid Delicatessen. Available for guests from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m, the dinner package is priced at AED 940 per couple, inclusive of two glasses of bubbly.

As the perfect indulgent treat for two, Li Jiang is serving a romantic dinner with a romantic four-course menu of pan-seared scallops, crab, avocado, wasabi mayonnaise and homemade chili tomato; followed by an indulgent starter of foie gras dumpling with creamy shimeji mushroom, Thai basil and bok choy. For the main course, guests can choose between wok-fried lobster, wagyu beef in black pepper sauce or seafood fried rice; and for dessert, “Tiny Pavlova”, with petits fours of berry tartlets and Valentine macaroons. Served from 7 p.m. – 11 p.m., the dinner package is available at AED 815 per couple.

In Mijana, the tunes of a traditional oud player will add to the romantic scenario while guests savor hearty Arabian favorites for AED 630 per couple. For those looking to share something special, guests can indulge in a tempting selection of appetizers, delectable lobster and shrimp kibbeh, and a traditional Arabic mixed grill. This will be followed by a sumptuous dessert of “Cupid Delicatessen” – a red choux pastry case filled with apricot purée and caramel mascarpone cream, with a pistachio crust.

Special Sweet Valentine Moments also awaits guests at the hotel’s charming Italian-style Dolce Café, featuring a specialty cake of St Germain pistachio biscuit topped with croustillant chocolat feuilleté praline pistachio, Opalys Valrhona chocolate cream and wild strawberries compote. Pricing is at AED 100 per couple.
