Regent Seven Seas Cruises is poised to redefine luxury dining at sea with the debut of its newest ship, Seven Seas Grandeur, in November 2023.
With over 130 new dishes and revamped recipes across seven distinct dining venues, including specialty restaurants, this cruise line aims to elevate the culinary experience for its discerning guests.
Compass Rose, the signature restaurant, offers a personalized dining experience where guests can customize their entrées, accompanied by new creations like Maine lobster risotto and succulent roasted Black Angus striploin. Sette Mari at La Veranda, the authentically Italian venue, draws inspiration from the Amalfi Coast and features a refined menu influenced by Puglia, Italy. Guests can savor hot appetizers like sformato di ricotta and cozze alla marinara e pepperoncino in a Mediterranean-inspired setting.
