The new La Table Krug by Y has been launched by the Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain. The resort’s new dining concept is in partnership with the premium Krug Champagne and serves up innovative and creative cuisine curated by the resort’s executive chef, Yann Bernard Lejard
Guests can experience a journey for the senses from start to finish as it uses the highest quality international ingredients presented with local flare. It us both innovative and ingenious in nature.
This is first of its kind concept in the Middle East, and the fourth exclusive La Table Krug in the world.
This will be the resort’s twelfth restaurant providing an exclusive 16-person experience that will take the most discerning palates on an epicurean delight.
It is expected that daily that the artfully plated dishes will change and will include include daring, playful and unexpected specials. This will include rigatoni with indulgent white truffle, duck liver and quail, rich beef wagyu with zesty teriyaki, local Bahraini vegetables with confit lobster and mango emulsion and desserts such as a Blueberry Parfait in chocolate crust with coconut coulis.
