To celebrate Valentine’s Day, Four Seasons Hotel Denver, the perfect backdrop for romantic celebrations, has created the Romantic Escape package, while EDGE Restaurant & Bar has crafted a five-course menu available throughout Valentine’s Day weekend. The pop-up flower shop featuring champagne will enhance the overall experience and tease the senses to prepare guests for an evening dedicated to celebrating one another.
The Hotel’s perfect couple’s getaway, aptly titled the Romantic Escape, includes a relaxing overnight stay in one of its beautifully appointed, recently renovated guest rooms, a split of Veuve Clicquot champagne, handcrafted sweet treats, Valentine’s Day balloons, and the convenience of valet parking.
Executive Chef Craig Dryhurst and his talented team of culinarians have created a bespoke Valentine’s Day Menu for lovers that will be available Saturday, February 12 through Monday, February 14, 2022. Sommelier Timothy Sorek has developed a wine pairing menu to accompany this exceptional five-course dining experience.
“We wanted to create a dining experience for our guests this year to allow them to experience the romantic ambiance we’ve created in our restaurant while highlighting some of our exceptional offerings created by our talented team in EDGE,” shared Executive Chef Craig Dryhurst. The five-course menu includes scallop crudo, lobster bisque or endive salad, an intermezzo with pink grapefruit and thyme sorbet to cleanse the palate, three entrée choices with veal loin, sea bass, or roasted romanesco, finished by a Valrhona chocolate covered strawberry for two with strawberry champagne mousse, cocoa nibs, and strawberry pate de fruit.
To enhance the overall experience on Valentine’s Day, Bubbles & Bouquets, a pop-up flower shop in the Corner Bar of EDGE, was created in partnership with Veuve Clicquot to offer guests the opportunity to create their own arrangement while enjoying a glass of champagne.
