The Bro Hof Slott Golf Club in Sweden and the Scandinavian Golf Club in Denmark respectively hosted on October 3rd and 5th two successful golf days to mark Morocco’s national carrier Royal Air Maroc’s 60th anniversary.
A host of 80 guests attended these events which involved representatives from Golf Federations, Golf Academies, Golf Tour Operators and Golf Media.
The format of each event featured a Golf competition followed by lunch and presentation by Mr Anouar Mabrouki – General Manager Scandinavia for ROYAL AIR MAROC, who touched in his welcome speech on the continued efforts made by the Airline in a bid to attract more Scandinavian golfers to Morocco.
Mr KARSTEN MAAS, the World’s breaking record holder could not let this opportunity passes him by as he was of attendance to perform his famous Golf trick show shortly after the prize giving ceremony.
“We are delighted with the success and the outcome of these golf events and amazed by the popularity that Morocco is witnessing in Sweden & Denmark as an emerging golf destination. As such for next year, we are planning even bigger promotional golf events building on the success of our first golf events and pushing ahead with Morocco as a leading golfing destination in North Africa out of the Scandinavian Countries” said ANOUAR MABROUKI – General Manager of Royal Air Maroc for the Scandinavian Countries.”
