Arranged by Welcome to Yorkshire, seven of the 103 finalists were from Ryedale.
Winning gold awards were Castle Howard in the International Tourism Award and The Star Inn at Harome for Taste of England Award, while The Pheasant Hotel, also in Harome, received bronze.
Also, the Star Inn got silver for the Inns and Restaurants with Rooms Award, while also grabbing silver was the Vale of Pickering caravan park for Camping, Glamping and Holiday Park of the year.
Go Ape Dalby got a bronze award for Small Visitor Attraction of the Year.
Arranged at the First Direct Arena in Leeds, the event was organized by erstwhile Emmerdale actor, Natalie Anderson and broadcaster Rich Williams.
To quote Elaine Lemm, chairman of judges, “It’s been fantastic to see all these wonderful businesses who work so hard giving visitors to Yorkshire the best experience possible and ultimately keep them coming back year on year. These businesses go above and beyond, and it’s been brilliant to see them get the recognition they deserve.”
