Born and raised in Naples, Salvatore moved to Singapore at the age of 21 and has never looked back since. Driven by his passion in wines and spirits, he is a certified sommelier with the Court of Master Sommeliers and has amassed almost a decade of experience across a variety of food and beverage outlets in Singapore.
Having joined the Four Seasons family in 2016 at the Regent Singapore Hotel, then a Four Seasons hotel, Salvatore oversaw the renovation of both Dolcetto and Tea Lounge and the opening of the wine bar, Park 90. More responsibilities came along his way with award-winning Italian restaurant Basilico added under his belt as he managed four food and beverage outlets.
A charismatic presence, Salvatore captivates guests with his ability to make wines and spirits more approachable. He shares, “My love for wines and spirits comes from the excitement to of discovering new flavours and tastes. My greatest accomplishment is to pass this enthusiasm of discovery to every single guest.”
In his free time, Salvatore enjoys travelling, reading and playing sports especially football.
