There are more reasons than one can think of to travel around Saskatchewan. From one-of-a-kind outdoor adventures and active urban understanding to scopes to know about the history, values and tradition of Indigenous People who call Saskatchewan home, there are a lot of prospects to explore in the land of living skies.
The Honorable Randy Boissonnault, who is the Minister of Tourism and Associate Minister of Finance, in support of the Honorable Dan Vandal, Minister for PrairiesCan, declared a federal outlay of $5,814,879 for 14 Saskatchewan tourism workers to produce or improve tourism experiences all through Saskatchewan.
This investment will back a robust tourism segment and produce much needed revenue and job opportunities in rural, urban and Indigenous groups all over Saskatchewan.
Saskatchewan is a wonderful place to live and travel to. Lively cities, sensible communities and exclusive tourist destinations display the province’s rich culture and excellent scenic beauty with tourists from near and far. With these funding from PrairiesCan, tourism is being promoted across Saskatchewan, supporting community strength and economic affluence.
Targeted support is being given to Saskatchewan tourism ventures, so that they can keep delivering memorable experiences. A fully revived and strong tourism sector is important to the government’s on-going work in creating an economy that works for all Saskatchewanians and Canadians.
