Diriyah was recognized with the ‘Best Authenticity’ Award for its exceptional incorporation of Saudi culture and heritage into the tourism experience. Qiddiya was honored with the ‘Best Operational Excellence’ Award, acknowledging its outstanding service delivery, strong product knowledge, and innovative use of digital tools to enhance guest experiences. Saudi Arabia also capitalized on the global interest generated by its participation, signing nine new Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and strategic agreements with industry leaders and global brands. These agreements, along with more than 500 meetings with key stakeholders, will help fuel future growth and raise global awareness of Saudi Arabia as a top travel destination. Furthermore, 27 additional MoUs and agreements were facilitated between Saudi partners and international organizations to expand international connectivity and drive tourism sector expansion.
