Norway based cruise line SeaDream previously announced that around nine New Norwegian voyages were set to sail in June 2020. The company recently doubled the doubled capacity in Norway in order to meet the overwhelmingly high demand, as reported by the company itself. Initially, SeaDream planned on sailing to Norway with only one ship, SeaDream I. However, after witnessing the response in Norway, the company has decided to add sailings on SeaDream II to meet demand.

As of now, around 21 voyages are scheduled for SeaDream in Norway. According to the latest schedule, SeaDream I will sail past the Arctic Circle to the coveted Lofoten Islands in 12-day voyages embarking and disembarking in Oslo and Tromsø. Meanwhile, SeaDream II will sail 7-day voyages embarking and disembarking in Oslo and Bergen. Both voyages will include stops in Ålesund, Flåm, and Olden. Both ships will sail together from Oslo to Skagen, Denmark on June 27.

SeaDream mentioned in an official statement that the small ships of the company will offer a 1:1 crew to guest ratio with advanced medical facilities on each ship. It shared that the company has garnered a lot of excitement in Norway as well as across the globe after announcing the latest Norwegian voyages. It informed that non-Norwegian guests may be required to self-quarantine before boarding the ship due to the present coronavirus restrictions. It also said that the company will closely monitor travel restrictions while looking forward to serve guests as countries around the world begin to gradually lift travel restrictions once again. The company mentioned that it will be crafting itineraries to cater to travel demand with regard to the changing situations worldwide.

Andreas Brynestad, Founder and Owner, SeaDream added in a recent press statement that the company is extremely happy to see the high demand for its brand new Norwegian voyages after pausing operations in March and considers the present time to be exciting. He informed that ever since the announcement of the Norwegian voyages the company has been receiving constant phone calls from morning till midnight with booking requests. He also thanked the guests on behalf of the company for their loyalty and support. He mentioned that the company is aware that many people have been hungry for travel and said that the small yachts would be the ideal option to plan an unforgettable escape.
