With the approval of the Solomon Islands and Australia Governments, Solomon Airlines will operate two one-way commercial passenger flights from Honiara to Brisbane departing tomorrow 06 November and Friday 20 November, 2020.
Passengers wishing to leave Solomon Islands must have approved right of entry to Australia or an immediate connection in Brisbane within 8 hours of arrival. All transit passengers will be required to provide proof of onward connections prior to booking.
The Solomon Airlines flight details are as follows:
6 November – Flight IE601 departing Honiara 3.15pm, arriving Brisbane 5.30pm
20 November – Flight IE601 departing Honiara 3.00pm, arriving Brisbane 5.15pm
Seat availability is limited in accordance with Queensland Health and Australia Border Force requirements. Bookings can be made directly in person, via phone or email with Solomon Airlines Sales Offices in Point Cruz or Brisbane.
All Solomon Airlines flights comply with COVID-19 regulations. Solomon Airlines crew wear facemasks and gloves for the duration of service and catering is minimal to reduce contact between passengers and crew.
