Prague Airport, Prague City Tourism, CzechTourism, and the tourism hub for Central Bohemia have launched an advertising campaign in New York to promote Prague and Central Bohemia as an attractive and safe destination.
The campaign to promote tourism in Prague and Central Bohemia includes approximately 1,000 advertising spaces on New York underground trains and 80 advertising spaces in the underground station on 53rd Street and 5th Avenue, right in the centre of Manhattan.
The number of serviced passengers on direct flights to North America has grown by almost 67 per cent this year. A new route to Newark will further accelerate the number of U.S. tourists coming to Prague and Central Bohemia.
However, the addition of new direct flights to Prague is primarily dependent on demand by foreign tourists and incoming tourism.
The campaign by the Loosers creative agency is built around the No Spoilers. See It Live slogan, refers to the uniqueness of the authentic and personal experience that visitors get when they explore the beauty of Prague and its surroundings.
Václav Řehoř, chair of the board of directors, Prague Airport said, “This confirms the high potential of the US for increasing the number connections to Prague.”
