Seychelles takes part in Salon des Vacances in Belgium

Seychelles took part in one of the most important consumer fairs in Belgium, Salon des Vacances, which was held from February 2 to 5 this year.

The delegation was represented at the fair by Ms. Myra Fanchette from the team of Tourism Seychelles, along with Mrs. Maryse William coming from Silver Pearl Tours and Travel.

For over 60 years, the Salon des Vacances witnessed a large number of travel enthusiasts who have visited to gather information regarding their next holiday spot from among the 350 exhibitors and 800 sub-exhibitors at the event.

This travel fair aims trade and consumers equally in Antwerp in Belgium.

Ms. Fanchette while speaking about the participation of Tourism Seychelles at this fair stressed the fact that Seychelles remains one of the choicest destinations on the wish list of prospective visitors.

A good number of them are already visitors for the second time and they have only positive things to say about their travel experiences in Seychelles, said Ms. Fanchette.

Tourism Seychelles is bringing in much focus on advancing the Belgium market, since it represents excellent prospective. The market fetched 4,151 travelers to Seychelles in 2022 when compared to 2,933 in 2021 and 3,116 in 2019. This travel fair is among those several measures that Tourism Seychelles uses to lure visitors to the island bliss.
