As the world is slowly recovering from pandemic, Shanghai is gearing up to host the tourism festival from September 12 to 27. The organisers also made it a point that the event this year will showcase a wide range of multi-themed activities, such as Huangpu River tour, night tour and countryside park tour. The vision is to offer a bouquet of culture and tourism to the event attendees. The organisers are also hopeful about participants and are taking the required measures to host a event amidst new-normal situation.

The grand show will also host some product launches and encourage participation of people from various cultural background. Provinces as well as cities across the Yangtze River Delta will jointly participate in the festival, and set up unique venues in the cities of Nantong, Wenzhou and Huangshan, while launching cross-provincial tourist events and sharing different tourism amenities, information and tourist resources.

The tourism festival in Shanghai will also promote online as well as offline indulgence with tourism and culture companies. The authorities have formed working teams to ensure implementation of epidemic prevention and control, ensuring social distancing along with strict temperature and health code check-ups at the venue.

The event will be organised by following all the necessary COVID-19 protection regulations so as to maintain a safe environment, by eliminating chances of virus spread and eliminating threats of infection.
