Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro Celebrates Rice Dumpling Festival with Signature Flavours

From 12 to 25 June, two Michelin-starred Shisen Hanten by Chen Kentaro at Mandarin Orchard Singapore showcases five rice dumpling flavours exquisitely crafted by Executive Chef Chen Kentaro to commemorate the Dragon Boat Festival.

Savour the restaurant’s curated selection of rice dumplings led by the signature Hong Kong-style Dumpling made with roasted duck, roasted pork, shiitake, chestnut, and dried scallop. Another fan favourite is the Abalone Dumpling, featuring premium ingredients such as baby abalone and pork belly.

For the more health-conscious, Shisen Hanten is offering an Azuki Dumpling that is filled with decadent Japanese red bean paste.

Perfect for sharing or as gift would be the Assorted Dumpling Set. Enjoy a delicious variety with each set containing the Abalone Dumpling, the Hong Kong-style Dumpling, and two pieces of Azuki Red Bean Dumpling.

Rice Dumplings by Shisen Hanten will be available at the outlet located at Level 35, Orchard Wing, from 12pm to 10pm daily.
