Floral mastermind and Artistic Director Jeff Leatham has created limited edition floral arrangements available for pick-up during Mother’s Day weekend. Choose from “Garden Party,” featuring more than a dozen roses surrounded by white hydrangeas in an antique vase (USD 145); “Rose Garden,” a lush design featuring a mix of hot pink roses and seasonal greens in a geometric black vase (USD 185); or “Lux Jardin,” a stunning bouquet of two dozen vibrant Pink Floyd roses detailed with green hydrangeas in a modern smoky mirrored vase (USD 225). The Sweetest Gift

Made to perfection, Chef Ryan and the pastry team have created three pink and rouge-coloured desserts. Guests can enjoy a raspberry rose charlotte made with delicate lady finger cake wrapped around an airy mousse created with organic raspberries and rose water (USD 48). Almost too pretty to eat is the red fruit tart including cherries, strawberries, raspberries and red plums. The 10-inch tart is set in a flaky, all-butter homemade crust (USD 50). Vernick Fish has created a special Mother’s Day provisions box with the restaurant’s favourite items to enjoy all weekend.
