Elements Restaurant & Lounge, the signature restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Doha famous for its exquisite pan-Asian cuisine, introduces a new restaurant concept with international flair, reflective of the cosmopolitan city of Doha. The best of modern Arabic, Asian and Western cuisine is served in a vibrant and versatile venue that transforms from service to service – an enticing buffet for a hearty breakfast, a hybrid buffet perfect for any occasion, and an exciting a la carte menu for a casual, yet sophisticated dinner.

Offering a unique dining experience, enjoy the glamorous social scene in the Elements interior, or dine outdoors on the garden patio with a dramatic fire table and views of the pool, gardens and the Arabian Gulf. Prepared in an open kitchen setting, delicacies from many cultures are sure to please all palates, at all hours of the day.
Jumpstart morning with a delicious and wholesome breakfast along with fresh juices and smoothies. The impressive breakfast buffet offers live stations and a wide selection of hot breakfast specialities including Arabic specialty dishes, vegetarian meals and an innovative mix of Western and Asian flavours. Indulge in housemade baked goods, including gluten-free options, as well as a fresh juice bar that allows guests to select their own fruits for a refreshing blend or opt for chef’s special mix of the day. Elements is open for breakfast daily from 6:30 to 11:00 am.
A hybrid lunch with both buffet and a la carte options is perfect for a timely business lunch but, with an abundant selection of appetisers and desserts, also the ideal destination for a special leisurely lunch. The diverse international buffet includes appetisers and a salad bar, as well as hot and cold mezzeh, while the main course is prepared fresh to order from an exotic a la carte menu. With an indulgent dessert buffet, guests will never want to leave. Lunch is served Sunday through Thursday, 12:30 to 3:00 pm with brunch offered on Fridays, 1:00 to 4:30 pm and a BBQ brunch offered on Saturdays, 1:00 to 4:30 pm.
Elements’ new dinner menu celebrates the sophisticated flavours of the world. As elegant as the restaurant’s warm and inviting ambiance, dinner is a delight and a culinary adventure with distinctive international fare such as hot and cold mezzeh, high-quality sushi, dim sum, a variety of grilled items, Peking duck and fresh seafood. Diverse tantalising creations include traditional fish sayadieh, Canadian lobster panang curry, wagyu ribs burger and vegetables biryani. Dinner is served from 7:00 to 10:00 pm daily with Happy Hour kicking off the evening from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Sunday through Thursday.
