Monaco’s ultra-luxury cruise line Silversea is launching the fifth badge to its innovative online training portal for travel agents.
Silversea Academy, the training school for the cruise people, provides agents with the perfect platform to become experts across all areas of the award-winning cruise line.
The recently added ‘World Cruise 2019’ badge will allow the agents to develop a broader understanding of Silversea’s 132-day World Cruise.
The travel agents will learn about the ‘Tale of Tales’ novelists and artists on board, along with the route. It features around 52 ports, including 43 new destinations.
The agents can also teach themselves on the extra benefits for world cruisers and the exclusive cultural experiences offered on the voyage.
Finally, they will also be able to read up on Silver Whisper. This ship hosts Silversea’s World Cruises.
The agents after the implementation of the badge will be able to take a World Cruise 2019 Quiz to test their knowledge in cruise management, travel, tourism and the passenger management.
The 2019 World Cruise is a magnificent and inspiring journey from San Francisco to London, and the new badge is the perfect resource for agents looking to educate themselves about the voyage.

The four other badges which are at present offered on the Silversea Academy: ‘Silversea Graduate’ – which provides an impression of the Silversea product and the processes required to create a booking, ‘Silver Cloud’ – which educates the cruise agents on Silver sea’s newest ice-class vessel, ‘Silver Muse’ – which details the cruise line’s flagship and ‘Expedition Cruise Expert’ – which informs the agents about Silversea Expeditions.
