These times of social media is creating problems for tourism in one of the most beautiful areas of the UK.
Dedham Vale, located on the Essex-Suffolk border, is a 14-mile region boasting of outstanding natural beauty.

However, Charles Clover of the Dedham Vale Societystated that social media focused attention in all the erroneous places.

Mr. Clover said that they greet tourists; however, there are places where these tourists are notobeying ruleswell enough.

In 2021, Dedham Vale, accompanied by theadjoining countryside along the River Stour, luredover 6.4m tourists.

This area includes Essex and Suffolk, including ‘Constable Country’, which is the scenic home of the renowned artist John Constable, who painted the scenery in some of his greatestdistinguished works.

Dedham Vale even comes up in the best places to live list in the Sunday Times.

Mr. Clover urged the areas of outstanding natural beauty to be stretched further into neighboring Gainsborough country, drawing in villages like Polstead and shiftingemphasis away from Dedhamonly.

He said that one area, recognizedby visitors as Dedham beach, had become Bournemouth beach.

Mr. Clover added that in the timesof social media, just putting Dedham into the search engine hasfixated people’s responsiveness on one field and it has posed a problem.
