Spa manager handed over Spa Professional of the Year award on Monday

A Spa Manager at Pennyhill Park, Charlene Phipp, was awarded on Monday as the Spa Professional of the Year at the impressive Hotel Cateys that was organized on 13th November, 2023.

For her people-centric approach, Charlene was recognized for handling the 45,000 sq. ft. wellness centre which is built in the middle of 120 acres of parkland located at Pennyhill Park. While supervising record level membership, she was commended for introducing ground-breaking treatment methods and wellness routines while aiming on developing a team of 59 as well.

Pennyhill Park spa is that place where visitors come to feel their best, bragging of implementing the best therapies and practice rituals in all over 20 treatment spaces, a hi-tech fitness suite, sensory and thermal experiences, 18-metre outside pool, hot tubs, an indoor 25-metre pool, and extravagant bathing cabanas.
