La Rioja is one of the smallest region in Spain. It is known mostly because of the region’s wine and an important destination for wine lovers. Their hotel structure is based for medium sized congresses and conventions. Their convention centre, Riojaforum, has all facility to organise good convention or congress.  Their medium sized conventions or congresses from 200-500 people are perfect to manage their groups in this destination.

They have an auditorium for 1223 people, a timber hall for 418 people. They have 10 meeting rooms for people ranging from 10 – 330.

There are about 2,000 beds in La Rioja of which 1,200 beds are in Logroño. There are a range of 3 and 4 star hotels.

Europe is their main market including German and France. They are working on North America and Latin America for conventions and congresses. The main sectors they host are medical, automobile, banks.

They have guided vineyard tours to Logroño and excursions to Monasteries of San Millán de la Cogolla, wine museum of international repute and others.

She adds: “Spanish market is our most important market because congresses and conventions are mostly organized by medical sector and by associations and federations.”
