The highly anticipated spring Dine LA returns to Los Angeles from April 1 to 15, 2022, featuring more than 400 high-value, prix fixe options for lunch and dinner throughout the city.
Coin & Candor, a California brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village, will participate in the two week restaurant extravaganza with a value-driven menu featuring some of Coin & Candor’s most celebrated dishes. Chef Jesus Medina and his team will offer a (USD 65) prix fixe all day dining menu.
Appetizer (choice of)
- Pumpkin Seed Spread, jocoque, grilled wheat sourdough
- Farmers Market Greens, radish, sunflower seed dukkah, herb-cider vinaigrette
- Spring Peas, sunflower seeds, cream peas, Thai basil, chive oil
Entree (choice of)
- Kurobuta Pork Chop, spring peas and onions, lardons, mint, maple jus
- Baja California striped bass, kumquat curd, broccolini crema
- Mushroom Barbacoa Tacos, heirloom corn tortilla, chili morita sauce, escabeche, cilantro
