Friday, April 2, 2021

Favorite

This spring, the senses are awakened at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia. Watch the season bloom with the vibrant hues from Jeff Leatham floral installations, smell the fresh fragrances from Seasons of Chakra’s Spa treatment, and taste the ever-rotating seasonal creations from culinary partners Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Chef Greg Vernick.

In Full Bloom

The season comes alive at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia with Jeff Leatham blooming floral installations. The shades of spring shift from yellow and green of forsythia, orchids and “Green Goddess” calla lily in the early spring to pink and lilac of cherry blossom, dogwood, and lavender tulips in mid- May. The installation will be blooming throughout the Hotel with a focus on the 60th floor sky lobby.

Rotating Seasonal Menu

Join Four Seasons for a taste of spring from award-winning partner chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten of JG SkyHigh and Greg Vernick of Vernick Fish.

At JG SkyHigh, an all-day menu erupts with fresh flavours of the season. Whole lobster thermidor (one and a quarter pound) takes centre stage on the spring menu. The lobster is broiled and topped with gratineed gruyere cheese and finished with espelette powder and chives. Lighter fare includes crisp fresh salads such as sugar snap pea salad with a parmesan dressing and three cheese asparagus pizza featuring a creamy combination of fontina, mozzarella, and parmesan cheeses..

Vernick Fish welcomes spring with new dishes for dine-in and takeaway that celebrate the season’s bounty. Anticipate homemade fazzoletti pasta with lump crab, almond pesto and fava beans; swordfish Milanese with grilled asparagus, roasted jalapeno and gribiche; branzino a la plancha, coconut red curry spring vegetables (sugar snaps, snow peas) and crispy shallots; and pine nut crusted sea scallops, smashed peas, mint smoky bacon and beurre blanc.

Reawaken Your Senses at the Spa

Philadelphia’s first-and-only Forbes Five-Star spa, The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia blooms this spring with exclusive experiences and refreshes guest favourite treatments. Seasons of Chakra’s spring edition includes a light foot and back massage featuring patchouli and ylang-ylang oil with four other spring oils.

Night Spa, the exclusive late-night spa experience, expands to become the Night Spa Soiree. Perfect for a close group of family or friends, Night Spa Soiree (starting at USD 3,000) is an experience for up to four people to enjoy an evening of rest and relaxation. Enjoy signature 60-minute massages (choose from Crystal Oil, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy or Mother-To-Be Massage) for the group on the pool deck. After the massage, soak in the view with a Knesko Gold Repair Collagen facemask and lounge by the pool with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Splash into the perfectly heated infinity-edge pool, reserved exclusively for this occasion until 1:00 am. Relive the experience with take-home monogrammed Four Seasons Signature Spa Robes and Jeff Leatham floral arrangements.

Visit Philly

VISIT PHILADELPHIA launched an 11-week marketing campaign to help drive day and overnight visitation this spring and beyond. Dubbed Pack Light. Plan Big. For Philly., the integrated effort, which runs from March 20 — the first day of spring — through Memorial Day weekend, focuses on the ease of visiting Philadelphia. It invites leisure travellers to safely reconnect with those they have missed in the last year and experience the region’s new and renovated museums, iconic history, buzzed-about restaurants and breweries, plentiful parks and public spaces, and annual events. The campaign is VISIT PHILADELPHIA’s largest marketing effort since COVID-19 began impacting Philadelphia in March 2020.
