Successful G20 presentation will take Indian tourism to next level

Arvind Singh, the Secretary, Tourism said that the G20 Presidency needs to be used to project the strong cases of the country, showcasing India in the global level and leaders. If India is successful in doing the same, it can take its tourism sector to a whole new level.

Singh said that almost 215 meetings are scheduled to be held from January 2023 to September 23 at 55 places. This will climax in the Summit to be held in New Delhi. Each of these meetings will witness large number of spectators. The meetings will have Working Groups in various topics: Finance, Environment Trade, Labor and Tourism among others.

Singh said that tourism itself will have three Working Group meetings and will be climaxing in the Ministers Conference.
