Taking inspiration from the diverse tastes of its international guests and paying homage to the restaurant’s Rocky Mountain heritage, Flame Restaurant at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail unveils an innovatively reimagined menu this winter.

Four Seasons Resort Vail is excited to unveil its inaugural Winter Wine Series at Flame Restaurant, featuring an exclusive collaboration with world-renowned winemakers. The event kicks off with a “Meet The Vintner” dinner featuring Pinea Winery on December 23, 2023. This is followed by a series of dinners showcasing Daou Family Estates on January 19, 2024, Fisher Vineyards on March 1, 2024, and concluding with Silver Oak Cellars on March 17, 2024.
