Taiwan team expresses interest to work with Kerala tourism

On Tuesday, a team from Taiwan has visited the office of Kerala’s Minister of Tourism, PA Mohammed Rias, in Thiruvananthapuram. They expressed their desire to work with the tourism sector.


A recent press release from the office of tourism minister was disclosed. The delegation was talking with Rias regarding tourism in Kerala and Taiwan and said they are very keen on working with Kerala tourism.


On Sunday, the delegation from Taiwan arrived in Kerala. They spent two days in Kerala. Also, they visited the “Lokame Tharavad”, an exhibition in Kumarakom that is organized as part of the Kochi Biennale.


The team from Taiwan stated that their experience in Kerala was much better and “bigger” than what they had heard from others.


The Minister of Tourism as per the press release, explained to the team about various projects like hydromourism, water tourism and helicopter tourism. These projects will soon be implemented in tourism and discussed foreign investments in this sector.


Rias said he would work with Taiwan to discuss what can be done in the tourism sector.
