Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri has drawn inspiration from a celebrated culinary career to design dining events across the Hotel that promise to excite and create special memories for couples this year. “I can’t wait to deliver the whole experience to our guests,” smiles Chef.

“It’s going to be like travelling, without travelling,” he explains, alluding to his team’s plan to take diners on a very special journey of their own in the process.

Dai Forni

Stunning views from the 21st floor, fine Italian dining and the unique sophisticated style of Dai Forni combine to create the perfect environment for to say “ti amo” (I love you). Executive Sous Chef Fabio Quarta, himself a fluent French speaker, has meticulously planned a very French experience at Elements this year.
