Technical glitch prompts emergency landing of Singapore Airlines

Singapore AirlinesAn aircraft of Singapore Airlines that was travelling from Dhaka with 190 passengers made an emergency landing in Myanmar on account of a ‘technical glitch’.

 

Flight SQ449 had departed from Shahjalal International Airport of Dhaka around 1 p.m. on Wednesday.

 

About one and a half hour to the flight, the airplane was compelled to make the emergency landing at Myanmar’s Mandalay International Airport in Myanmar owing to a ‘technical glitch’, as asserted by an official of Singapore Airlines.

 

One of the passengers of the flight had told the media that is delayed to start for at least one and a half hours.

 

And they had no choice but wait further in Myanmar.

 

The passenger also mentioned that there were at least 190 people on board the aircraft.
