‘Experience a World Beyond’ – Qatar Tourism’s recent and the biggest promotional campaign, has grabbed the Adobe Experience Maker Award of late. In the Orchestrator category, this award recognises Qatar tourism because of its work in bringing into line the customer journeys in its multiple channels, topographies as well as platforms to provide the most organized customer experience to everyone.
In November 2021, at the time of its launch, the ‘Experience a World Beyond’ campaign showcased customised digital experiences, in terms of mobile app, responsive website, personalised campaigns and efforts on marketing automation. Around 17 of the top visitor source markets of Qatar were aimed for in six languages by making use of out-of-home advertising, TV commercials, and social platforms. This initiation was balanced by the VisitQatar app which attributed 360-degree virtual tours and an interactive map to provide a fascinating customer experience.
The Chief Operating Officer at Qatar Tourism, Berthold Trenkel, said that they are quite happy to get this award that highlights the complexities associated in providing such integrated and multi-channel global campaign. Trenkel also said that supporting the solutions of Adobe not only allowed them to produce a ground-breaking promotional campaign, it also helped them to reach over 400 million people. Qatar is world’s one of the fastest growing tourist destinations, he said that they grateful to the power of digital transformation and are keen on getting engaged with the audiences through more personalised experiences.
