Auberge TOKITO, situated in Tachikawa City, Tokyo, on September 12th, 2023, has opened its doors for everyone. Established in the Tama province, the auberge is a partnership between Yoshinori Ishii, Michelin Chef and Producer, Grand Chef Kenji Okawara, and their kitchen contingent. With hot spring water, a roomy dining space, and a tearoom, the property has four guest rooms as well, providing an exclusive chance to enjoy Japanese food and culture with the help of these famous chefs.
The main idea of Auberge TOKITO encircles around “toki,” the Japanese word that means ‘time’ or ‘moment.’ The main aim is to fill every time of the guest with pleasure, condensed in the name TOKITO. The creator, Yoshinori Ishii, highlights the fact that the cuisine goes beyond the platter to contain philosophies, concepts, tableware, and the adjoining communities.
The plan is a gastronomy undertaking, designing Ishii’s coming back to Japan after the accomplishment of UMU, a London-based Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant. In general, Auberge TOKITO experience, from internal space to ceramics that are handmade, pinpoints the innovative approach of Ishii to Japanese authentic gastronomy.
The Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club is an important Kenyan park that offers its visitors with endurance experiences. Families make the most of this opportunity to assemble and celebrate this joyful moment with their loved ones.
