The Luxury Explorers’ Collection expands to Mecca

The Luxury Explorers’ Collection is one of the most important players in the premium holiday home market in Dubai. It has recently declared about its expansion into Saudi Arabia. The first entry of the company into investing outside the UAE will see it introducing in 2022, roughly five new premium rentals in Mecca.

Mohammed Sultan, CEO for Luxury Explorers’ Collection, said that the governments have tried their best in branching out the economy and take it away from their cliché oil sector that has been mapped in strategies on a consistent basis for transformative improvement, mainly in the GCC countries. Also, said that branching out to Saudi Arabia is not only crucial for their strategic vision, but it’s a commitment to help tourism and hospitality and provide long-term growth.
Sultan also disclosed that launching Luxury Explorers’ Collection in Mecca will give the brand the needed exposure in Saudi Arabia. The properties in Mecca are roomier and penthouses accessible to Haram with an easy Kaaba view. Also, we will give full concierge services, he added.

For future investments in the Kingdom, he said that we have developed a more forward-looking strategy, and plan to spread out in Riyadh and serve the families and corporate markets for holidays and weekends in the capital.
The hospitality and tourism were the most badly affected sectors by the pandemic. However, he said that during these tough times that Luxury Explorers’ Collection has thrived.
