The Mansion on Forsyth Park is getting a full makeover

The Mansion on Forsyth Park now has a new name – ‘Hotel Bardo Savannah’ and will get a major renovation. The property will include more than 140 rooms, a pool, bars, a ballroom, and more.

The resort will also include an Italian restaurant called ‘ Saint Bibiana’ and a cooking school which is scheduled to open in September.

Hotel Bardo will also have a holistic gym and wellness spa, Club Bardo, a membership–based social club, food and beverage options including the Courtyard and The Gren Room lobby bar, Shop Bardo – curated retail; and event spaces like the Carriage House and the Ballroom, which encompasses 3,500 – square – feet.

The 140–seat restaurant spans indoor and outdoor garden seating, complete with 21 seats at the bar. Acclaimed Executive Chef Derek Simicik sits at the culinary helm of the property.

His menus at Saint Bibiana reflect a modern approach to classic coastal Italian cuisine and transform simple, high–integrity ingredients into sublime menu offerings.
