It isn’t quite the start of the festive season without a heart-warming Thanksgiving Dinner with family or friends.

While the tradition started with pilgrims rejoicing their first harvest in the New World, this holiday ritual has caught on with non-Americans too. Thanksgiving Day marks the beginning of the fall–winter holiday season, a time to look back with gratitude, and forward, towards Christmas and the New Year at hand.

Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru has curated a spread of traditional Thanksgiving offerings with the de rigueur turkey as the main showpiece.

CUR8 will host a full-fledged dinner buffet with an array of delicious dishes that reflect the season’s bounty. Guests can warm up with a roasted pumpkin soup with caramelised almond granola, stop by for sizzling grills and roasts, tuck into the red pumpkin and walnut cannelloni, but are advised to save all the appetite for the glorious live counter featuring the hero dish of sage and butter rubbed turkey with giblet gravy, selection of mustard, turkey jus, cranberry sauce, bread sauce and herb crusted sea bass, carved before their eyes.

Delectable desserts such as apple pie, cherry and cinnamon cobbler, citrus vanilla cheesecake, spiced apple baked yoghurt, peach pannacotta, dark chocolate walnut brownie, lemon meringue pie, Mississippi mud cake, raspberry mascarpone cake, vanilla dulce entremets and a delicious ooty pumpkin pie will take care of that errant sweet tooth, as well.

The buffet will also feature a fully stocked salad bar, sushi collection, live chaat and shawarma station, Asian and Indian mains, pizza, bread station and a live waffle, crepes and Italian gelato station.
