Turkey and Cambodia will be connected by new Turkish Airlines flights from December 2025, boosting travel, trade, and strengthening global connectivity.

Turkish Airlines is gearing up to introduce flights connecting Istanbul and Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, starting December 10, 2025. This milestone will position Cambodia as the airline’s seventh market in Southeast Asia, while Phnom Penh will mark its eleventh destination in the region.

The addition of Phnom Penh to the airline’s global network is expected to enhance trade ties between Türkiye and Cambodia, fostering economic collaboration while strengthening Turkish Airlines’ footprint in the Far East. With this expansion, the airline’s presence in the region will grow to 20 cities across 21 airports, reinforcing its role as a key player in intercontinental connectivity. As the only European carrier serving Phnom Penh, Turkish Airlines will provide travelers with seamless access to the Cambodian capital, further solidifying its extensive global reach.

Flights on this route will include a layover in Bangkok and will operate three times per week. Departures from Istanbul to Phnom Penh are scheduled for Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, while return flights will take off from Phnom Penh to Istanbul on Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.

Passengers can secure their tickets for travel between July 31, 2025, and June 30, 2026. Fares start at $659 for flights from Istanbul to Phnom Penh and $649 for the return journey from Phnom Penh to Istanbul. These rates are available on Turkish Airlines’ official website, though prices may differ at ticketing offices and through travel agencies.
