Flying to increasing number of countries compared to any other airline globally, Turkish Airlines endures to increase its link with the launching of flights to Detroit.
Starting November 15 this year, air travel to Detroit will be functioning three days every week, linking Istanbul Airport with Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport. Following December 25 this year, flag carrier’s Detroit flights would go up to four days each week. Adding Detroit flights, Turkish Airlines has amplified its system to 345 destinations, currently catering to 13 destinations in the U.S.
The airlines’ Detroit flight was lovingly greeted with a formal water cannon salutation. The event was
organized at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport joined by local representatives, Turkish Airlines administrators along with aviation aficionados.
Prof. Dr. Ahmet Bolat, Turkish Airlines Chairman of the Board and the Executive Committee, said that it is an exceptional day with them rejoicing the Turkish Airlines opening flight to Detroit. He said that they have brought Istanbul and Detroit – two wonderful cities, nearer by starting this non-stop flight. He said that they are happy to link Istanbul and Detroit, making prospects for travel, business and traditional consideration. As the nationwide flag carrier of Türkiye, their gorgeous country, they are trying to reach more nations than any other airline globally, and by adding new places to their ever-increasing set-up like Detroit, they’re carrying on serving their principal mission of linking people and principles from all over the world.
